2. Are Tiger Straps compatible with all watches?
Our straps are designed to fit most standard lug widths (18mm–24mm). Please check your watch’s lug width before placing an order. If you're unsure, reach out — we're happy to help!
3. Are your straps waterproof?
Our silicone straps are water-resistant and ideal for daily wear, workouts, or rain. Leather straps are not waterproof and should be kept dry for best longevity.

4. How can I place an order?
Simply browse our website www.tigerstraps.co, select your preferred strap, choose the size and color, and check out securely.
5. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, Net Banking, and PayPal (for international customers).
6. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, contact us immediately. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.
🌍 Shipping & Delivery
7. Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We proudly ship worldwide. Shipping charges and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
8. How long does delivery take?
India: 3–6 working days
International: 7–14 working days (may vary by country). You'll receive a tracking link once your order is shipped.
9. Will I have to pay customs duties or taxes?
International customers may be subject to local customs duties or import taxes. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

10. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused, unworn straps in original condition and packaging. Email us to initiate a return.
11. Do you offer refunds or store credit?
You can choose a refund to your original payment method or store credit once we receive and inspect the returned item.
12. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
We're very sorry! Please contact us immediately with photos and your order number. We’ll resolve it promptly.

Tiger Straps is proudly built in India — inspired by the land of Tigers and the legacy of the Maharajas. We ship globally from our fulfillment center in Pune, India.
14. Do you have a warranty on your straps?
We stand by the quality of our products. If there's a manufacturing defect, we’ll replace it free of cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
