Refunds & Exchange

If there are any defects or issues regarding the product due to our mistake, the product will be eligible for any return/refund/exchange within 7-days, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

You can contact us anytime to evaluate whether your order qualifies for a return/refund/exchange.

To be eligible for a return/refund/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and returned in its original packaging. 

Other Details

  • Return costs will be borne by the customer, unless the return was initiated due to our mistake.
  • Upon sending your item back, please allow 7 business days (from the time we receive your returned product), for your return or exchange to be processed.
  • Include your order number in the package to allow us to track and attribute the package accordingly.
  • Your refund will be credited back to the original payment method, minus transaction fee as applicable. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on 'discounted/sale' items.

- Assuming that the order was correct and without any defects - we do not offer any returns, refunds and exchange. 

- If package is returned to us due to incorrect address provided to us, stating as unclaimed or failed attempted delivery, then the shipping fee (actual price and not the subsidized price we offer at checkout) and transaction fee (of the checkout price) are deducted from any refunds once the package is returned to us.
